How can a customer place an Office 365 order?

The customers can visit the partner's marketplace and follow the steps given below to place an order of Office 365:

  1. The customer needs to select Email & Office from menu and choose product as “Microsoft Office 365”.



  2. Next he needs to select the billing cycle from drop down and click on Order Now for any plan (e.g . Office 365 Business Suite).
  3. He should select 'I want to use a domain I own through another registrar' option and enter his domain name. He can use other options too if he wants to register a new domain or transfer a domain name to you) and then he should click on Add to cart button.




If he wants to add more email accounts, then he need to click on Email Hosting tab and enter the number of email accounts that he needs. Next he should click on Add to cart button.

4. Now if he is an existing client, then he needs to login to his account and if he is a new client, then he should fill up the registration form.




5. After logging in, he needs to click on Make Payment.

6. Next he needs to check the Bank Transfer option (an offline mode of payment) and checkout. 

His order is successfully placed for the selected product.

Now, the partner can manage the customer's order from his admin panel.

How can a partner manage Office 365 orders of the end users?

A partner can manage orders of the end users by following the steps given below: 

  1. From the top menu, click on Billing >> Orders >> List.
  2. In the listing that opens, click on the order which was placed by the end user.
  3. Approve the order by clicking on the Approve button.
  4. Now, the customer's order is approved and invoice is created successfully. A recurring is also created for ordered product in the customer section (Top menu >> Customer >> List >> Choose customer >> Products/Services).

The order is complete and product is successfully delivered to the client.
