How can a partner manage pricing and discounts for his end users?

Partner Pricing Management

To manage pricing for his/her end users, a reseller or partner needs to follow the steps given below:

  1. If a partner wants to manage/update pricing for a plan, then he needs to click on the Edit button displayed in Action section in front of the plan name.

    2. This opens the details of the plan page. Here, in the Pricing tab, he can set pricing for his end users and can also give them discounts for a particular time period by activating the discount slab.

(2.1) The Pricing is displayed in disabled mode (Your Price - highlighted in green on left hand side in Currency section) means it is the cost price for reseller (partner).

(2.2) In editable boxes, he can update the pricing for his end users.

On entering the editable mode for the first time, the partner will see the same pricing as entered by the main company or wholesaler for it. A partner needs to update pricing according to his selling price.

(2.3) After saving the prices once for each billing cycle, it will get automatically added in remaining sections.

If the main company does not sell any billing cycle for a particular plan, then reseller will also not be able to sell those billing cycles to his end-users. He will see -1 inserted for the same billing cycle, but after saving price once, -1 will auto convert to NA - Not Applicable and will mean the same as -1.

Note for Main Company's Partners

The main company's partners need to save the Pricing for plans through their admin panel, to make it visible on end customer's price list column in create order page.

For example, if he needs to update pricing for Microsoft 365 E3 plan, he needs to go to the Packages section of the plan under Products/Services in Settings. Click on the edit icon located in front of the plan, and go to Pricing and click on Save

See Screenshot:

For example, in the below screenshot the end customer price is 0.

The partner will need to save the prices in the packages section:

Once the partner saves the prices, it will reflect in the end customer pricing column:

3. To see updated pricing on the website of the reseller, click on the Links tab.

4. From the Links tab, copy any of the billing cycles' links and paste into your browser. You'll be able to see the same pricing as is set in the reseller partner panel for the same billing cycle, as shown below for a partner.

5.  If the partner wants to change the price, then he needs to open the same plan in his panel.

If you are creating a new plan, then to see it on your website, you'll need the help of a web designer to show it under a category.
