Users need to provide confidential answers for the ‘Security Questions’ verification. They are required to answer their security questions every time they reset password for lost/forgotten password. This article will help you to understand the ‘Security Questions’ verification process. |
A list of questions will be presented to you when you login. You can provide a confidential answer to each question that you select.
After providing the answers to all the required questions, you may click on Submit and proceed further.

To reset your password:
- On the login page, click on the Forgot Password.
- On the verification page, you will need to provide details that prove your identity through ‘Security Questions’ verification.
- Here, random questions will be displayed. You need to answer the questions that match accurately with the answers that you provided earlier at the time of registration/login.
- Once your answers are verified, you can reset the password.
This process will work only if a user has entered the answers of security questions during registration or login time otherwise old process will run.
