Configurable options let you provide different variables to your clients. These configurable options are defined in configurable groups. This section explains how to create a group for configurable options, and manage them.

Add Configurable Group

To add a new configurable option group:

  • Go to Configurable Option Group.

  • Click on Add New Configurable Option Group.

Below is an in-depth description of the configurable option group page:

  • Group Name: Add name of the configurable option group. Under this group, the configurable options will be added.

  • Description: Add description of the configurable option group.

  • Assigned Products: Select product plans for which configurable options will be shown when processing an order.

Edit Configurable Option

To edit a configurable option:

  • Navigate to the Configurable Option you want to edit.

  • Click on Edit Configurable Option.

  • This will take you to the configurable option page.

  • Make the desired changes and click on Update.

Add New Configurable Option

To add a new configurable option:

  • Navigate to Configurable Option Group >> Managed Services.

  • Click on the Add New Configurable Option.

Below is an in-depth description of the add new configurable option page:

  • Option Name: Option name is used to identify configurable options. Choose an option name for your configurable options. This name will be displayed under the product plan it applies to.

  • Option Type: Add the type of configurable option, such as Quantity or Percentage.

  • UOM: Unit of measurement.

  • Module Name: Select an associate configurable option with the type of service the automation platform provides.

  • Mandatory: If the venture needs this configurable option to be purchased when the assigned product plan is purchased, then this checkbox should be checked.

  • Minimum Quantity: Enter minimum quantity which should be purchased by the user.

  • Maximum Quantity: Enter maximum quantity which should be purchased by the user. Please enter 0 for unlimited.

  • Percentage: Enter a value between 0 and 100. While purchasing this configurable option, the percentage of assigned product plan price will be calculated, which will be the price of this configurable option.
