How can a client track order details for his products/services from the member panel?

A client can view/track the order status for his ordered products and services. The order tracking functionality helps the client to track their order at each stage till it is delivered to them. 

How to access the Track Order section?

The client can access the track order section through two methods:

1. Directly through Main Company’s Website

If the main company has enabled the “Track order” functionality on its website, then the client can directly click on the “Track Order” button.

The client needs to click on the “Track Order” button provided on the main company’s website. He will be prompted to enter the following:

-         Order Number (for which he wants to track order)

-         Login Credentials (Username & Password)

Once the client enters his details and clicks on the track order he will be redirected to his member panel.

2. Directly through Member Panel

Home >> My Billing >> Orders 

Alternatively, the client can directly login into his panel using his credentials. Look for the order number that you want to track and click on it to open.

Track the Order details

The track order section shows four stages of a product:

  • Order Received Stage

Whenever the client places an order and it is received successfully the stage appears “Green” and when hovered over it displays “Received” status. Please see the screenshot:

  • Order Status

The order status shows whether the order is “Approved”, “Pending”, “In-progress”, or “Complete.” Please see screenshot: 


On first placing the order, the order status will be “Pending”, on approval the status will change to “In-Progress” and upon verification it will finally display “Complete”

  • Payment Status

The Payment status shows the invoice status of the order. Please see the screenshots: 

If payment of the invoice has been received it shows “Paid” status. If the payment is not received, it displays “Due for Payment.”

  • Delivery Status

The delivery status shows the delivery status of the order with the time and date mentioned.

The main company admin can set the delivery time of the order from the admin panel. If the estimated and delivery time is not set for the product, delivery status will be displayed as "Under-Provisioning." Delivery status for Addon will be by default "Under Provisioning. "
