Home >> Settings >> Sales >> Account Manager
In this section, you can create account managers as well as assign regions to them.
To access the Account Manager section:
Go to Settings.
Select Account Manager in the Sales section.
Here, a list of all account managers will display as shown in screenshot below.
You can add a new account manager or edit the existing ones.
Add Account Manager
Home >> Settings >> Sales >> Account Manager >> Add Account Manager
To add a new account manager:
Click on the Add Account Manager button.
This will open the Add Account Manager window, as shown in the screenshot below.
Select the name of the new account manager from the dropdown list.
Select the Country(s) that you want to allocate to the new account manager. This will show list of states based on options selected in country. Note: You need to select country(s) first to select region(s).
Select the Region(s) that you want to allocate to the new account manager.
Click on the Save button.
This will add a new account manager to the account manager’s list.

Edit Account Manager
Home >> Settings >> Sales >> Account Manager
To edit an account manager:
Click on the Edit icon located in front of the account manager’s name who you want to edit.
This will open the Edit Account Manager window.
Change country or region.
Click on the Update button.

Delete Account Manager
Home >> Settings >> Sales >> Account Manager
To delete an account manager:
Click on the Delete icon located in front of the account manager’s name whom you want to delete.
A pop up will appear, click on Ok button to confirm.
