Login Guidelines: The customer needs to enter the username and password provided to him during onboarding. There can be two or more user accounts with same email ID, but the username needs to be unique for each. Multi-Factor Authentication: If you enable this option, then you customers will receive OTP to your their registered email address every time you they log in to the customer panel or marketplace. You Customers need to enter the correct OTP to be able to log in to your their account. See multi-factor authentication screen:
 In case of forgot password or username, you will be able to reset them through the login page. For forgot username, you need to enter your registered email ID and account ID. You will receive the username on your mail. For forgot password, you need to enter your registered username to be able to reset the password.
