Ticket Category

Home >> Settings >> Support >> Ticket Category

In the Ticket Category section, you can create and manage different ticket categories.

To access the Ticket Category section:

-          Go to Settings.

-          Select Ticket Category in the Support section.

In the Ticket Category section, the details about each ticket category are listed in the below given sequence.

-          Ticket Category Name – Status (Active/Inactive)

  • Add New Ticket Category

Home >> Settings >> Support >> Ticket Category >> Add Ticket Category

To add a new ticket category:

-          Click on the Add Ticket Category button.

-          This will open the Add New Ticket Category window.

-          Enter name of the Ticket Category and select its Status.

-          Click on the Save button.

  • Edit A Ticket Category

Home >> Settings >> Support >> Ticket Category 

To edit an existing ticket category:

-          Click on the Edit icon located in front of the Ticket Category that you want to edit.

-          This will open the Edit Ticket Category window.

-          Make desired changes and click on the Update button.

  • Delete A Ticket Category

Home >> Settings >> Support >> Ticket Category

To delete a ticket category:

-          Click on the Delete icon located in front of the ticket category’s name that you want to delete.
