Mobile App

Overview

The Automation Platform Mobile App has been specifically designed to give service administrators improved flexibility and anytime anywhere access to the data related to billing, support, client and much more. The app comes with multiple functionalities and capabilities to simplify service ordering and management for admins. 

User Profile and guidelines 

This section explains the setup and installation of the app, along with guidelines to manage user account and settings. 

Admin Section

The section includes basic functionalities offered to the admin by the app. This includes - viewing and managing customers, invoices, receipts, orders, tickets etc.

Billing Module

The billing dashboard consists of different graphs to help the admins take an instant and anytime view into the revenue, income and invoice related data. 

Support Module 

The support section lets the admins manage support from anywhere anytime. With this, the admin can create and reply to client tickets quickly and easily. This will help them to keep track of customer conversation and eventually improve customer satisfaction rates.
