Billing Dashboard
Overview
The billing dashboard consists of different graphs to help the admins take an instant and anytime view into the revenue, income and invoice related data.He can also view the exact data value by clicking on the dataset.
Revenue Graph
This section lets the admin keep a track of the current year gross revenue.
View the Gross Revenue
Go to home page of the app:
- Under the billing tab, click on Revenue (Gross).
- This will open the revenue graph section, you can scroll right on the app to view more data.
Filter Graph
You can filter the graph for viewing more specific information:
- In the Revenue Graph section, you will find the option to Filter.
- Click on Filter.
- This will open a form where you need to select:
a) Payment cycle (weekly or monthly)
b) Venture (If you have different business units selling multiple services or products)
c) View In (amount or count)
- Click on Apply Filter.
Reset/Refresh Graphs
You can reset and refresh graphs to always view the fresh and updated data:
- Click on Reset/Refresh icon on the Revenue Graph section.
- Select either Reset or Refresh from the options.
On clicking reset, any previous filters on the graph will be removed and the default data will be shown. when clicking on refresh, the data will be shown per the selected filters.
Download Graphs
You can download the graphs from the app either in JPEG or PDF format.
- Click on the (download) icon available at the top right corner of the revenue graph section. The touch is disabled during download.
The app creates a folder in the file folder or gallery. All graphs are downloaded in this folder.
Fresh Paid Invoice
This section lets the admin track the total invoice paid during the current period.
View Fresh Paid Invoice
Go to home page of the app:
- Under the billing tab, click on Fresh Paid Invoice.
- This will open the Fresh Paid Invoice section, you can scroll right on the app to view more data.
Filter Graph
You can filter the graph for viewing more specific information:
- In the Fresh Paid Invoice Graph section, you will find the option to Filter.
- Click on Filter.
- This will open a form where you need to select:
a) Payment cycle (weekly or monthly)
b) Venture (If you have different business units selling multiple services or products)
c) View In (amount or count)
- Click on Apply Filter.

This section lets you view the renewal income on a weekly or monthly basis.
