My Dashboard

The Dashboard section will give an overview of your account including the billing and service information along with quick links to various actions that can be performed in the customer panel.

Billing Summary

Home >> My Dashboard

The billing summary contains the balance of the customer’s account with the main company.

Here, by clicking on the gear icon on the billing section:

- Customer can place a new order.

- List or search transactions.

Add or Update Fund

The customer can also add or update fund from here:

To add fund:

- Click on the Top-Up button provided on the billing section. (Please refer second screenshot)

View Invoices, Orders and Receipts

Below the billing section, you will find three tabs - Invoices, Orders and Receipts.

- To view all your invoices, click on the Invoice tab. You can filter the invoices based on Paid and Unpaid or view all. You can click on the Invoice number to view the complete detail or to download. Additional ways to view and download invoice is given in the overflow menu in front of every invoice.

- To view all your orders, click on the Orders tab. You can filter the orders based on due for payment, delivery in process, delivered, and cancelled.

- To view all your receipts, click on the Receipts tab.

Service Information

The service information section contains information about the Active Services of the client. The details are shown as - Total number of Services, Services due for renewal and number of suspended services.

You can click on every detail to view the complete list.

The quick link section contains quick actions for your service. Here, the customer can:

  • Create Ticket: By clicking on this, a form will appear from where the customer can create a service ticket.

  • List Search Ticket: By clicking on this, a list of tickets is shown. Customer can also search through these tickets to find the required one.

  • View Marketplace: By clicking on this, the customer will be redirected to the main company marketplace from where he can buy any product.

  • Top-up account: By clicking on this, the customer can update his credit balance.

Service Wise Expenditure

This section will show a graphical representation of services purchased in a month. You can see the service-wise expenditure of your individual services with the help of service dropdown in this section.
