Support

  • Tickets Management  - The Tickets section lists all the customer tickets. Manage them - create, search, assign, move, merge, change status, delete, archive and do a lot more.  
  • Announcement Management  - This section lists all the announcements made by you and it allows functionalities to Add, Edit and Delete an announcement.
  • Knowledge Base Management  - This section lists all the categories and articles created for your knowledgebase. You can add, edit and delete both knowledgebase categories and articles from here.
  • Welcome Calls  - This section shows the complete list of Welcome Calls that are made/to be made after successful delivery of the product/service to the client.
  • User Access Rights - This section helps you manage access rights of the Automation Platform users.
