Overview of the Report Section

Home >> Reports     

To access Report from your Automation Platform dashboard:

-          Go to Home.

-          Select Reports from the menu. 

In the Report Section, you can find various reports related to Finance, Billing, Sales, Support, Marketing, Inventory, Products and Logs of various activities performed by admins, system and clients. You can download these reports with useful insights, based on your requirement.

Billing Section Reports

Home >> Reports >> Billing Section Reports 


This section lists all the billing reports, like Account Statement, Cancellation Requests, Domain Reseller Track Log, Debit/Credit Memo, Invoices, Manual Non-Track Fund, Manual Track Fund Log, Orders, Receipts and Value Added Services.

To access Account Statement Records:

Home >> Reports >> Billing >> Account Statement 

-          Go to Home.

-          Select Account Statement under the Billing section of Reports from the menu. 

-          This will open the Account Statement section. Here you can find the complete account details of the client. 

-          Enter the Date, Client ID, and other details. 

-          Click on Show Ledger.

Similarly, you can view other billing reports. You can also customize and get only relevant reports of the Billing Section, per your requirements.

Note for Main Company's Partners

The main company can view the cancellation requests of their partner's clients here. The main company's partner cannot view this.

Client Section Reports

Home >> Reports >> Clients 


This section lists information related to Active Clients, Customers, and Partners

To access the Active Client List:

Home >> Reports >> Clients >> Active Client List 

-          Go to Home.

-          Select Active Clients under the Client section of Reports from the menu. 

-          This will open the Active Client section.

-          Select the name of the Account Manager from the dropdown menu. 

-          Click on Search. A complete list of Active Clients under the chosen Account Manager will be displayed.

Similarly, you can view the other Client Section Reports. You can also customize and get only relevant reports of the Client Section, per your requirements.

Finance Section Reports

Home >> Reports >> Finance 


This section lists all reports related to Modified Invoices List and PDF Invoices.

To access the Modified Invoices List:

Home >> Reports >> Finance >> Modified Invoices List 

-          Go to Home.

-          Select Modified Invoices List under the Finance section of Reports from the menu. 

-          This will open the Modified Invoices List section. Here, you can find the invoices which have been modified or edited.

Similarly, you can view the other Finance Section Reports. You can also customize and get only relevant reports of the Finance Section, per your requirements.

Logs Section 

Home >> Reports >> Logs 


This section lists all logs related to the activities performed by Admin, System or Clients.

To access the Admin Logs:

Home >> Reports >> Logs >> Admin Logs 

-          Go to Home.

-          Select Admin under the Logs section of Reports from the menu. 

-          Here you can find the complete List of the Admin Logs. You can search/filter the logs, per your requirement.

Similarly, you can view the other logs, including SMS sent, Payment Gateway related logs etc. You can also customize and get only relevant logs from this Section, per your requirements.

Note for Main Company's Partners

The main company can view the admin logs for their partners, but the main company's partner cannot see them.

Inventory Section Reports

Home >> Reports >> Inventory 


This section lists all reports related to Delivery, Hardware, Hardware Inventory, Network, and Software.

To access the Add-On delivery Reports:

Home >> Reports >> Inventory >> Delivery >> Add-on 

-          Go to Home.

-          Select Delivery under the Inventory section of Reports from the menu. 

-          Here you can find the complete List of the Add-on Deliveries. you can search/filter the list base on your requirement.

Similarly, you can view the other Inventory Section Reports. You can also customize and get only relevant Inventory reports from this Section, per your requirements.

Marketing Section Reports

Home >> Reports >> Marketing 


This section lists all reports related to Emails, User Visits, and Website Leads.

To access the Email Reports in Marketing:

Home >> Reports >> Marketing >> Emails >> Subscriber List 

-          Go to Home.

-          Select Email Subscriber List under the Marketing section of Reports from the menu. 

-          Here you can find the complete List of the email Subscriber. You can search/filter the list based on your requirement.

Similarly, you can view the other Marketing Section Reports. You can also customize and get only relevant Marketing reports from this Section, per your requirements.

Product Section Reports

Home >> Reports >> Products 

This section includes all reports related to products you are offering like add-ons, Domains, Shared hosting, Dedicated server, VPS, Cloud, SSL etc.

To access Product Addon List in Product Section:

Home >> Reports >> Products >> Addon List 

-          Go to Home.

-          Select Addon List under the Product section of Reports from the menu. 

-          Here you can define the search criteria and find the required addon list.

Similarly, you can view the other Product Section Reports. You can also customize and get only relevant Product reports from this Section, per your requirements.

Sales Section Reports

Home >> Reports >> Sales 


This section includes all reports related to CRM, Order Management, Revenue Forecast, Sale Report, Upsale etc.

To access MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue) Report in Sales: 

Home >> Reports >> Sales >> MRR Reports  

-          Go to Home.

-          Select MRR Reports under the Sales section of Reports from the menu.

-          MRR report shows revenue generated for fresh paid invoices. In report, total invoice amount without tax, total invoice amount with tax, Contribution (%) without tax, MRR amount without tax and MRR amount with tax is displayed. The report can be filtered based on - Location and Customer. Other filters are also available to generate the report as per the need.

Similarly, you can view the other Sales Section Reports. You can also customize and get only relevant Sales reports from this Section, per your requirements.

Support Section Reports 

Home >> Reports >> Support 


This section includes all reports related to Chat, EPBX, Tickets etc. 

To access Chat Report in Support Section:

Home >> Reports >> Support >> Chat >> Chat Tracking 

-          Go to Home.

-          Select Chat Tracking under the Support section of Reports from the menu. 

-          Here you can define Department Name, Date Range , and Admin names

-          Click on Search.

Similarly, you can view other Support Section Reports. You can also customize and get only relevant Support reports from this Section, per your requirements.

Ticket Report

To access Ticket Report in Support Section:

Home >> Reports >> Support >> Tickets >> Ticket Report

-          Go to Home.

-          Select Ticket Report under the Support section of Reports from the menu. 

-          Here, you can customize the ticket report search results based on Employee, Department, Status, Ticket Title, and other such criteria. See screenshot below for reference.


-          Once you enter all the required details, click on Search tab.

-          The results will appear in the format as shown below.

-          You can now fetch all the data through Export tab.
