Client Custom Field

In the Client Custom Field Section, you can add any custom filed which will be shown in the client’s profile.

To access the Client Custom Field:

-        Go to Settings.

-        Select Client Custom Field in the Accounts section.

In the Client Custom Filed, the details are given in the following sequence:

S. No - Label Name - Field Type - Section Type – Mandatory - Show in member panel under client profile

Add Client Custom Field

Home >> Settings >> Accounts >> Client Custom Field >> Add Custom Field

To add a new client custom filed:

-        Click on the Add Custom Field button.

-        This will open the Add Custom Field window, as shown in the screenshot below.

-        In the Label Name, enter the name of the custom field to be shown under the client’s profile.

-        To make the Custom field mandatory tick the Mandatory checkbox.

-        Under the Field Type define the type of the custom field – Textbox, Dropdown or Radio Button.

-        Under the Section Type, define the type of the section like Personal Details or company details.

-        Tick the Show in member panel under client profile to make it visible under client’s member panel.

  • Label Name: Name of the custom field.

  • Mandatory: Tick to make the Field Mandatory.

  • Field Type: The type of field you want (Textbox, radio, file, dropdown or file upload)

  • Section Type: It will show in which section it will display.

  • Show in member panel under client profile: Tick to appear in member panel.

  • Show in Invoice: It will show on Invoice. IF checked, it will appear in Home >> Billing >> Invoices >> Export section.

  • Show at the time of partner approval: It will show when customer accept partner request. Home >> Clients >> Partners >> Partner Program >> List

  • To be displayed on will work as:

Partner- on automation platform partner creation.
Client – on client creation.
Both – on both partner and client creation.

  • Show on registration page: Tick to show on marketplace. It will appear when registering a customer through the marketplace.

  • Check duplicacy will check as:

Partner-Duplicacy error appear when value present in partner.
Client - Duplicacy error appear when value present in its client.
Both- Duplicacy error appear when value present in in partner and its client.

  • File Upload:

  1. File upload type field will appear in section document vault in admin panel and customer panel.

  2. For ‘file upload’ field type Allow extension, maximum file size will appear in custom field master.

  3. Maximum file size will work as per “upload_max_filesize” parameter defined for server configuration.

  4. For ‘file upload’ field type Show at the time of partner approval, show in invoice, Check Duplicacy will not appear in custom field master.

  • When adding a custom field for a new customer the custom field will be visible in the client section - Home >> Clients >> Customers >> Add New Customers. The admin needs to select “both” in the “to be displayed on” section while creating a new custom field.

  • When adding a custom field for a partner, the custom field will be visible in the partner section - Home >> Clients >> Partners >> Add New Partner. The admin needs to select “both” in the “to be displayed on” section while creating a new custom field.

  • When adding a new custom field for KYC form, the custom field will be visible in the KYC Form tab. The admin needs to select KYC Form in the section type while creating a new custom field.

Edit Client Custom Field

Home >> Settings >> Accounts >> Client Custom Field

To edit Custom Field: 

-     Click on the Edit icon located in front of the custom field you want to edit.  

-     This will open the Edit Custom Field window.

-     Make the desired changes in the custom field.

-     Click on Update to make changes.
