Manage Security Questions

Home >> Settings >> Accounts >> Security Questions

In the Security Settings section, you can manage complete settings related to security questions that is an important layer in the user authentication process. You can add, edit, delete security questions for Client, Partner, or Affiliate Partner.

To access the Security Settings section:

- Go to Settings.

- Click on Security Questions in the Accounts section.

In the Security Questions section, you will see a list of security questions, along with two options: Add Security Question and Settings.

Add Security Question

Home >> Settings >> Accounts >> Add Security Question

To create a new security question:

- Click on the Add Security Question button in the Accounts section.

- Enter a unique security question in the textbox.

- Next, you may tick mark the Status checkbox to keep the question active.

- Click on the Save button.

Edit Security Question

Home >> Settings >> Accounts >> Edit Security Question

To update a security question:

- Go to Settings.

- Click on Edit Security Question in the Accounts section.

- A list of security questions will appear.

- Click on the Edit icon next to the security question that you want to update.

- Make the desired changes here, and click on Update.

Delete Security Question

Home >> Settings >> Accounts >> Security Questions
To remove a security question:

- Go to Settings.

- Click on Security Questions in the Accounts section.

- A list of security questions will appear.

- Click on the Delete icon next to the security question that you want to remove.

- Confirm OK to delete.

Setting

Home >> Settings >> Accounts >> Setting

To set/change the security questions settings:

- Click on the Setting button in the Accounts section.

- You will see an option Number of security questions here.

- Enter the total number of security questions you want to display on screen of the user in the text box.

- Click on Save button.
