Ticket Status

Home >> Settings >> Support >> Ticket Status

In the Ticket Status section, you can create and administer different ticket status for different departments.

To access the Ticket Status section:

-          Go to Settings.

-          Select Ticket Status in the Support section.

In the Ticket Status section, the details about each ticket status are listed below each of them in the below-given sequence.

-          Ticket Department (To which the ticket status applies) – Status (Active/Inactive) – Admin Only (If only Admins should see this ticket status) – Color (For quick identification of the ticket status)


Note for Main Company's Partners

The main company can view and set support for tickets, but their partners cannot view and manage the support master.

  • Add New Ticket Status

Home >> Settings >> Support >> Ticket Status >> Add Ticket Status

To add a new ticket status:

-          Click on the Add Ticket Status button.

-          This will open the Add Ticket Status window as shown in the below screenshot.

-          Enter name of the Ticket Status and select the Applicable Ticket Department(s).

-          Select other required details by taking help from the tooltips.

-          Click on the Save button.

  • Edit A Ticket Status

Home >> Settings >> Support >> Ticket Status 

To edit an existing ticket status for a particular department:

-          Click on the Edit icon located in front of the ticket department’s name, and under the Ticket Status that you want to edit.

-          This will open the Edit Ticket Status window.

-          Make desired changes in the ticket status details.

-          Click on the Update button.

  • Delete A Ticket Status

Home >> Settings >> Support >> Ticket Status

To delete a ticket status:

-          Click on the Delete icon located in front of the ticket department’s name, under the ticket status that you want to delete.

An Active Ticket Status cannot be deleted.
