Ticket Level

Overview

In the Ticket Level section, you can add, edit and delete a ticket level.

Home >> Settings >> Support >> Ticket Level

  • Go to Settings.

  • Select Ticket Level in the Support section.

Add a New Ticket Level

Home >> Settings >> Support >> Ticket Level

To add a new ticket level, follow the below-given steps:

- Click on “Add Ticket Level” in the Ticket Level section.

- Ticket Level: Enter the new title for the Ticket level in the provided box.

- Description: Enter the description.

- Ranking: Enter a numeric value in ranking section for that ticket level.

- Click on the Save button.

Edit a Ticket Level

Home >> Settings >> Support >> Ticket Level

To edit a ticket level:

- Click on the specific Edit icon of the ticket level that you want to update.

- Make the desired changes, and click on Update button.

Delete a Ticket Level

Home >> Settings >> Support >> Ticket Level

To delete a ticket level:

- Click on the specific Delete icon of the ticket level that you want to remove.

- Confirm OK to delete.
