Ticket Reporting Department

Overview

In the Ticket Reporting Department section, you can add, edit and delete a reporting department.

Home >> Settings >> Support >> Reporting Department

  • Go to Settings.

  • Select Reporting Department in the Support section.

Add a New Reporting Department

Home >> Settings >> Support >> Add Reporting Department

To add a new reporting department, follow the below-given steps:

- Click on “Add Department” in this section.

- Enter the new title for the department in the provided box.

- Enter the description.

- Click on the Save button.

Edit a Reporting Department

Home >> Settings >> Support >> Edit Reporting Department

To edit a reporting department:

- Click on the specific Edit icon of the reporting department that you want to update.

- Make the desired changes, and click on Update button.

 

Delete a Reporting Department

Home >> Settings >> Support >> Reporting Department

To delete a reporting department:

- Click on the specific Delete icon of the department that you want to remove.

- Confirm OK to delete.
